What you will do

• Lead on-site installation and deployment of battery energy storage systems
• Commission systems, run site testing and confirm integration
• Install and configure distribution boxes, and connect to diesel generators where required
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot faults and carry out root cause analysis
• Keep technical documentation, reports and system records accurate
• Train clients and partners on system operation and basic troubleshooting

What we are looking for

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline
• At least one year hands-on in electrical installation and commissioning, ideally energy storage, solar or generators
• Comfortable with schematics, single-line diagrams and test equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers and clamp meters
• Familiar with high-voltage systems and energy storage safety practice
• Willing to travel to project sites across the region
• Hybrid genset and BESS experience, SCADA familiarity, IEC or UL exposure and an electrician licence are all a plus

Not a site engineer role. You work the whole project lifecycle, from technical proposals through commissioning to product improvement, supporting customers in Singapore, Australia, the UK and Europe.

What you will do

• Support the sales team with technical proposals, system configurations and single-line diagrams
• Review customer requirements and recommend suitable BESS solutions
• Commission systems, and run Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests
• Troubleshoot faults, investigate warranty issues and write corrective action reports
• Feed customer and field insight back into product development and new feature testing
• Support distributors and customers remotely and on site across international markets

What we are looking for

• Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or a related discipline
• 3-8 years in energy storage, power electronics or generator systems
• Comfortable presenting technical detail to customers and distributors
• Willing to travel internationally

Lead testing, commissioning and improvement across generators, BESS and distribution systems, and mentor the engineers coming up behind you.

What you will do

• Test, troubleshoot and validate generators, BESS and distribution systems
• Commission, service and maintain equipment at project sites
• Propose product improvements from field experience, and support new product trials
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians on technical best practice
• Support technical discussions with customers, and liaise with suppliers on component selection

What we are looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Power Engineering
• 3 to 5 years in power generation, electrical distribution or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of generators, energy storage systems and power distribution equipment
• Field servicing, commissioning or project delivery experience preferred
• Able to lead small project teams and train junior staff
